• How long are your workshops?
Our single day workshops are typically from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. The two day weekend ones are generally a little shorter hours, and include both Saturday and Sunday.
• Can I come for just part of the workshop, or do I need to be there for the whole thing?
Being there for the whole workshop is essential so that the experience can be a complete one. Often we will build on the previous process or utilize something covered earlier on and the day is like a journey, with a beginning, middle and end to it.
• Can I bring a partner, friend or family member?
Yes, we recommend it. Attending together can be very beneficial to your relationship.
• I am not in a relationship at this time; can I still get a lot out of it?
Yes! Any time is a great time to learn these skills and the more work you do on and with yourself the better your intimate relationship will be once you are in one. This work is also great for improving all relationships, intimate or not.
• Will I leave with tools or skills I can use in the real world?
Yes! We practice these skills during the workshop in order to learn them experientially. And you will leave with guidelines in hand so that you can continue to practice them in your life on your own.
